I don't seem to be ocd, but im seeing a liar version of me that it has low sympathy for talents, and their tags show thag their a john doe. They like to show themselves as a tratior even though i controol my daily routine.. for disrespecting me for a few time for my talents for band and orchestra.when i try to ask someone for help myself always likes to speed up, and to think outloud to see the "important side". I don't want other people being cruel to me because it fears me like om terrifying and takes the blame away from everything i enlightened they have the brain power to show up to myself.

Cant you OCD people just YOLO it and not do it and see that nothing bad will happen. It might heal you?

It must be very difficult to have a relationship with someone. Having children would either save you or put you over the top. I hope anyone having even one element of OCD gets help so life can be more bearable for you!

This is the vedio I relate to must Short story time : so when I was very stressed some months ago I started experiencing OCD ,I knew I had some type of mental disorder but until now I was unaware that my condition is called OCD I m very stressed and always get scolded by parents for getting late , they are super narrow minded and I am unsure how I m suppose to explain it to them , they dnt even completely understand English or else I would show them so of this vedio😓😥😓😪😪

I have light ocd I read every paragraph and sub headings 3 or 4 times again and again is it bad

I have this thing where I click both sides of my computer mouse an equal number of times in 30 seconds. Also a CONSTANT adjustment of the palm of my hand on the mouse surface to ensure no skin is being "smeared" but perfectly laying into it. Sometime I like to move the mouse in circles at various speeds because it feels like I'm getting more work done that way. I'll also move it in figure 8s. OCD is a godsend when it comes to programming syntax/notes. Those fucking notes better start with a capital letter and end with a period.

I am an OCD sufferer, in recent years it has gotten worse, and I realized that my OCD has exceeded the limit, I finally decided to ignore all the whispers, I finally started to get better, slowly but surely my OCD disappeared by itself, although sometimes it still persists. relapsed but with my indifference, in the end everything was fine again. The key is just dont too much give a f**k 😎😎😎 Hope my experience can help you guys 👍🙏😁

I was diagnosed with mdd,gad,ocd, and autism/adhd

I guess I never really knew that I may have OCD. If I am writing on a piece of paper or in a card for someone, my mind wants me to scribble all over the page and wipe it with my hand as if there is something on it. If I don't do it, my body gets tense and I have an intense angry feeling. I also have a similar feeling if I'm typing and I don't just type random things. It Freaks me out every time. I also have to step in the squares on pavement but if I touch the lines, I also get that intense feeling, maybe it's anxiety? But why the hell would I have anxiety about that? Maybe I don't have OCD but I sure would love some input on this. I've been afraid to see someone about this.

Not gonna lie this kinda killed me a bit because I have to do everything twice or four times and I hate doing something three times(the number 3 in general). Everything in my body just left.

Oh goodness, this is a deadly disorder as it tends to decrease the value of time for that person.

Everything is tiring with OCD. I dread the shower or going to the bathroom EVER. That’s where my OCD is the worst.

Been Watching my dad doing something repeatedly . When i was 4 y.o until now i’m 27 y.o . For example : 4 times raising hand, 3-4 times raising head, washing hands, make sure lock the door more than once, turn off the stove, and many more. When i was kid, i felt lil shame. Cause there was a time, he seems like he didnt hear or didnt response because he’s doing raising hands or heads 4-5 times while i was talking to him. But now i know he has OCD , i hope he can survive 😢
